TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP
Playing membership (whether full or kestrels) of the Club shall be open to any person regardless of sex, age, disability, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, religion or other beliefs completing an application form and paying the relevant subscription. Data (as stated in the data policy) will be kept secure on a membership database. Kestrels members are those who have not reached the age of 18 at the beginning of the relevant season.

SUBSCRIPTION
Playing member subscription fees shall be set annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Subscriptions shall be payable by all members within one calendar month of the commencement of the season or by installment, with the first payment within one month of the commencement of the season.

SUSPENSION AND EXPULSION OF MEMBERS
The management committee shall have the power to refuse membership or suspend or expel any member of the club for good and sufficient cause, such as conduct or character likely to bring the club into disrepute. Appeal (logged within 7 days) against such a decision may be made to the Club’s Appeal Panel which shall consist of the Committee Chairs.
